Consulting, strategy, and coaching
Digital products, templates, and downloads
Subscription-based and recurring services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information
Supply required content, approvals, and feedback promptly
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Use our services lawfully and ethically

You are solely responsible for how marketing tools, messaging, and automations are used.

4. PAYMENTS, FEES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payments

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise
Setup fees, subscription fees, and product purchases are due as agreed
Failed or late payments may result in service suspension or termination

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle
No prorated refunds unless required by law

5. REFUNDS & NO GUARANTEES

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

All services and digital products are non-refundable
Marketing Haven does not guarantee results such as revenue, leads, rankings, or conversions

Marketing outcomes depend on many external factors outside our control.

6. WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Scope of Work

Work is limited to what is outlined in the approved proposal or invoice
Additional work requires separate approval and fees

Client Content & Delays

Clients must provide content, branding, and approvals on time
Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines

Ownership

Ownership of final deliverables transfers only after full payment
Marketing Haven may display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

Hosting & Maintenance

Hosting, maintenance, updates, and backups are not included unless stated
We are not responsible for third-party hosting failures or platform changes

7. AI AUTOMATION & CRM SERVICES

Nature of AI Services

AI workflows, chatbots, and automations are assistive tools
Outputs may vary and require human review

No Legal or Professional Advice

AI outputs are not legal, financial, or professional advice
Clients are responsible for approving all messaging and logic

Compliance Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for compliance with:

TCPA
CAN-SPAM
GDPR / CCPA
Industry-specific regulations

Marketing Haven provides technical setup only, not legal counsel.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING SERVICES

Services are billed automatically on a recurring basis
Failure to pay may result in suspended access
Access to systems, workflows, and dashboards may be revoked upon cancellation

By providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive:

Transactional messages
Appointment reminders
Service notifications
Marketing or promotional messages (if opted in)

Message and data rates may apply

11. PROHIBITED SMS USE

Clients may not use our systems to send:

Spam or unsolicited messages
Purchased, scraped, or rented lists
Misleading, deceptive, or unlawful content

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

12. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
